  • Step 2: Home Value & Personalized Sale Plan

    I provide a clear explanation of your home’s value and review all available sales strategies. Together, we create a sale plan that suits your comfort level.

  • Step 3: Preparing the Home for Sale

    If preparation is needed, I coordinate trusted professionals such as cleaners, stagers, handypeople, and organizers. My goal is to minimize stress and handle the details so you don’t feel overwhelmed.

  • Step 4: Marketing & Showing Your Home

    When you and the home are ready, I bring in a professional photographer to capture your home in its best light. Your home is professionally marketed on multiple platforms to attract the right buyers while respecting your privacy and schedule. I manage all showings and communication, keeping you informed every step of the way.

  • Step 5: Reviewing Offers & Closing the Sale

    I carefully explain each offer in plain language so you can make confident decisions. Once accepted, I guide you through closing, paperwork, and next steps.  I coordinate with lawyers, appraisers, lenders and other professionals to make the transaction as smooth as possible.  Updates and communication continue right through to closing day and beyond.
